Joint lubrication sequence for when you’re feeling creeky and crackly. Great to use as a standalone practice or before something more intense when you need to be warmed up. I think it’s great for just getting up and going in the mornings personally.
Additionally- noticing snap, crackle and popping in the joints is a sign of dryness, one of the qualities of vata dosha. Adding in a repetitious routine will bring more stability to the imbalance, and make you feel more grounded, focused and energized.
