Reflect is an opportunity for you to do the same.

Together, we'll step away from the busyness of the season and into a space of stillness, allowing ourselves to gently look back on the year, not to judge it or measure it, but to honor it...And perhaps most importantly, to give yourself permission to rest.

Guided by Reiki, meditation, and the quiet wisdom of the season, we'll allow this year to settle like moonlight reflected on still water.

Together we'll cultivate peace, restoration, and integration, creating space for the year to become part of you before turning your attention toward what comes next.
