It will be held on zoom, so you can join remotely from wherever it is that you are. Links will be sent out before the event. This event comes with full access to the online course information and private community. $44.
Meetings will occur at 7pm EST. The first one on January 1st will discuss prep, how to get started, and best practices. The second meeting will be on January 3rd, at this point you will have started the course. We will share your experiences thus far, what's normal, what are you feeling, re-visit the process, and offer support. The final meeting wll be on the 5th. Here is a time that we can learn from our experiences and plan the best path forward to re-integration. We will. talk about things you may incorporate more or, or less depending on your discoveries in the post-detox process. Each meeting will last about an hour with time included for Q & A at the end.
