Your custom plan of action will include solutions that provide the greatest good for your overall health. You’ll discuss options like guided meditation, yoga postures, diet and routine changes, entity removal, or connecting with loved ones through mediumship. 

You may choose to enhance your session with a crystal connection. You’ll get an added layer of knowledge and healing when you add a crystal to your session. You can choose your own or have Fletcher choose it for you intuitively. The session will embed its essence onto the crystal, and you’ll continue to receive guidance and healing when you take it home with you.
