A 45-minute guided experience to help you slow down, settle in & feel steady.

As summer begins to give way to fall, life often starts moving again too. Schedules fill up, routines return, and after months of outward summer energy, you may find yourself craving something a little steadier.

This is your invitation.

The Seasonal Reiki Ritual Series is a monthly opportunity to recalibrate with the season you're in. Each gathering is inspired by what the season is asking of us, blending Reiki with thoughtfully chosen practices such as breath, meditation, intention, and seasonal ritual to help you reconnect with yourself and receive the support you need right now.

For September, we're grounding.

We'll take inspiration from the approaching Autumn Equinox- a natural point of transition and balance- to move from scattered to centered, from doing to being, and from feeling pulled in every direction to feeling rooted in yourself again.

✨ What to Expect

Your 45-minute Ground ritual will gently move through:

• Welcome + check-in-  arrive as you are and notice what you're bringing with you
• Tea ritual-  a few intentional moments to settle in and transition out of your day
• Seasonal practice- breath, intention, ritual, or other practices inspired by the month's theme
• Guided meditation + visualization- time to turn inward and connect more deeply with the experience
• Reiki- rest, receive, and allow the energy to support whatever you need
• Integration + optional sharing- slowly return, notice what's shifted, and share if you feel called

You don't need experience with Reiki or meditation, and there's nothing you need to “get right.” Come as you are, get comfortable, and let me guide you.

Each ritual stands on its own, so you can join whenever a theme speaks to you- or return each month to create a regular rhythm of pausing, recalibrating, and reconnecting with yourself throughout the seasons.

These rituals are designed to be an experience you can actively participate in from home.

When you register, you can choose the ritual on its own- or pair it with a Mini, Signature, or Deluxe Ground Ritual Kit. Each kit will include an intuitively chosen selection of crystals and ritual tools curated around the Ground theme giving you tangible ways to connect with the month's intention alongside me.

Whether you're using one of the curated kits, choosing your own pieces, or simply gathering a favorite crystal, making a cup of tea, or lighting a candle from home, no special tools are ever required to fully participate.
