After the expansiveness of summer, Ground is an invitation to come home to yourself.

To sink your feet into the earth and reconnect with the steady rhythms that support your body, mind, and spirit.

Sometimes life leaves us feeling scattered and disconnected from ourselves. Ground offers a gentle return, like feeling your roots reach deeply into the soil beneath you.

Steady, centered, present, and supported. Balance isn't something we find, it's something we return to.

• 30–45 minute live Reiki experience
• seasonal orientation + intention setting
• guided meditation and Reiki energy transmission
• optional integration and community afterward
• replay included inside the Reiki Meditation Library

✨ Ritual Experience

Your registration includes immediate 30-day access to the Reiki Meditation Library, allowing you to continue working with the Ground energy long after our live gathering. The replay will also live inside the Library for continued support and integration.

The Ground Ritual Collection will become available as the season unfolds and will include intentionally selected ritual tools designed to help you create grounding rituals at home and stay connected to the steady rhythms of the season.
