Jessie’s healing journey didn’t happen overnight — it unfolded through small, supportive steps over time. From using the 3-Day Detox as a gentle reset, to rebuilding her relationship with food through Savor and creating rhythm with Rooted, her story shows how slow, seasonal support can lead to real, lasting change.
Jessie is a 38-year-old wife, mother, and therapist who loves karate, boating, and caring for others. For years, though, her own health felt increasingly fragile. Living with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) meant her energy, digestion, and overall sense of wellbeing were unpredictable and often overwhelming.
“I was just sick and tired of being sick and tired,” she shared.
“My health, energy, and happiness had been rough for a long time.”
Like many people, Jessie didn’t need another extreme plan. She needed clarity, safety, and a way to listen to her body without fear.
That’s what led her to start with the 3-Day Detox.
From Overwhelm to Awareness
Jessie didn’t approach the Detox as a one-time fix. She used it as a reset point- a way to calm inflammation, simplify choices, and notice patterns.
“Each time I did it, my bloat went down and my energy improved,” she said.
“I’ve repeated the Detox several times over the years, and every time it helps me figure out what’s aggravating things.”
Over time, this process helped her identify food triggers like gluten and eventually seek deeper support for MCAS. The change wasn’t dramatic overnight- but it was meaningful, steady, and empowering.
Rebuilding a Relationship with Food
Jessie’s next step was Savor, where the focus shifted from simplification to mindfulness.
“Savor was a lot of fun,” she said.
“I got to play with my food again.”
Through gratitude practices, sensory awareness, and even moments of humor (like imagining handsome farmers harvesting her food), eating became something that nourished her emotionally, not just physically.
These small shifts helped reshape her relationship with food into one steeped in presence instead of pressure.
Creating Rhythm Through Rooted
With Rooted Jessie learned how to plan meals by season and understand the role different foods play in the body. What surprised her most was how grounding routine could feel when it’s supportive rather than rigid.
“I plan meals based on what my body needs now,” she shared.
“And mindfulness and gratitude have become part of our family life.”
Her kids even began participating in rituals with her—turning personal healing into something shared.
Rituals That Support the Long Game
Jessie continues to use Reiki, crystals, and simple daily rituals to support her nervous system and emotional balance, especially during times of stress or grief.
“The celestite ritual helped me with patience during a really difficult season,” she said.
“Reiki sessions helped me feel peaceful even when things were chaotic.”
Today, Jessie describes herself as more patient, grateful, empowered, and hopeful. The changes didn’t come from one program alone—but from layered support over time.
Who This Path Is For
“Anyone who feels stuck,” Jessie says.
“These programs gave me tools to take my healing into my own hands- physically, emotionally, and spiritually.”
She’s especially grateful that her family has been able to learn alongside her. “Seeing my loved ones benefit from this knowledge is incredible.”
A Note from Fletcher
Jessie’s story is a reminder that healing isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what’s right for your body, again and again.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, inflamed, or unsure where to begin, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a starting point.
